we rely on your
Help & Support
The AAIR charity relies on the support of the volunteers that commit their time and energy to supporting and raising funds. From April 2012 AAIR has been run by volunteers. We welcome help in all areas, from administration and fundraising to publicity and sponsorship. Thank you for your support.
how to
Show Your Support
Make a fundraising page
If you could spare some time, either regularly or as a one-off, or would like to stage a fundraising event or run a marathon please let us know. You can set up a direct debt or create a fundraising page via our JustGiving link below.
Leave a gift in your will
Gifts left to AAIR in wills and legacies are essential to help pioneering research into asthma, allergies and inflammatory lung diseases. The Tree of Life is a beautiful memorial to those lost to asthma, allergy and inflammatory lung diseases.
Adopt AAIR
We would also ask you to bear AAIR in mind if you know of any local schools or companies who are looking to support a charity either this year or in the future.

Tree of Life
The Tree of Life, with the medallion memorial hangers that adorn it, is a beautiful and poignant memorial to those we have lost to asthma, allergy and inflammatory lung diseases. Created by a local artist, this piece of art has turned all the colours of the rainbow through the cutting and welding process.
It was donated in memory of Daniel Jolly who sadly died of an asthma attack when just 17. Daniel’s family, along with fellow Barton Peveril students, members of Fareham & Gosport District Football Club, the Tigers motorcycle display team and pupils from St Anthony’s Catholic primary school have raised a great deal of money for the AAIR Charity and the research it supports. Our thanks and condolences are with them all.
you can also
Nominate Us
There are many other ways to help our research even if you don’t want to get involved in a fundraising event. Please consider nominating AAIR if your company runs an annual ‘Adopt a Charity’ scheme. It is also worth checking if your employer (many banks do) offers match funding for employees who raise money for charity. Schools often chose a charity to support for a term or year or maybe you belong to an organisation such as the Lions, Round Table or WI, we would be pleased to visit and give a presentation about AAIR.
